Data controller

The data controller is Luca Crippa, who runs TechFix as a sole proprietorship. For any request regarding your personal data, write to luca.crippa05@gmail.com.

What data is collected

Through the contact form I only collect the data you voluntarily provide: name, email address, type of problem (optional), and the message you write.

For technical security reasons (abuse and spam prevention), the IP address the request comes from is also temporarily logged.

Purpose and legal basis of processing

Data collected through the form is used exclusively to respond to your support or quote request. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (GDPR Art. 6.1.b) and, for anti-abuse technical data, legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (GDPR Art. 6.1.f).

Your data is never used for marketing purposes, is not profiled, and is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Data recipients

The message sent through the form is delivered to my personal email inbox via Resend, an email delivery provider acting as data processor. No other third party has access to the data entered in the form.

Retention period

Data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, should a professional relationship follow, for its duration plus any related legal obligations (e.g. tax records). Otherwise, messages are deleted within 24 months.

Cookies

This site does not use profiling or tracking cookies, nor any third-party cookies (no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels).

Your light/dark theme preference is saved only in your browser's local storage (localStorage), stays on your device, and is never transmitted or shared.

Your rights

At any time you can request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing, by writing to luca.crippa05@gmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it) or your own country's supervisory authority if you believe the processing of your data violates applicable law.

Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS, and messages are sent through a provider that adopts adequate security measures. The form also includes technical safeguards against automated and abusive submissions.
