I'm Luca Crippa. IT is my profession outside TechFix too, and here I put it to work for people who need real, practical help: a computer that won't start, a slow phone, a small business that wants to go digital without getting lost among a dozen vendors.
There's no shop, no switchboard — just me. When you write in, you're talking to the person who will actually fix your problem, from the first email to the final fix.
